Shared Spaces

This strategic initiative brings numerous benefits, particularly in three key areas: a money-back lease program for church planting, generating additional revenue from underused spaces, and aiding aging churches in preserving their valuable Conditional Use Permit (CUP) and continuing their legacy.

Money-back Lease Program for Church Planter

Our money-back lease program is designed to support the growth and expansion of new church plants. By leasing our neutral shared spaces to emerging congregations, we provide them with a financially viable option to establish their presence without the significant upfront costs typically associated with securing a location. This program not only fosters church growth but also ensures that our facilities are being utilized to their fullest potential, contributing to the broader mission of spreading faith and community outreach.

Additional Revenue from Underused Space

Church facilities often have significant underused space, especially during weekdays. By repurposing these areas for community services, such as educational programs, fitness classes, and co-working spaces, we can generate substantial additional revenue. This income helps cover operational expenses and reduces our reliance on traditional funding sources like tithes and donations. It provides a sustainable financial model that ensures the continued viability and improvement of our facilities, allowing us to better serve our congregation and community.

Preserving the Legacy of Aging Churches

Many aging churches face the challenge of maintaining their valuable Conditional Use Permit (CUP) due to declining membership and financial constraints. By opening our doors to community services, we not only preserve the CUP but also breathe new life into these historic buildings. This approach helps maintain their legacy, allowing the next generation of believers to gather and worship in these cherished spaces. It ensures that the rich history and spiritual significance of our churches are honored and carried forward, providing a stable foundation for future ministry and community engagement.
